What happens if we need more work than our plan includes?

Our model is built on predictability. Any request that falls outside your plan's included credits or components, such as a large-scale new project, will be scoped as a separate Fixed-Fee Project. You will always receive a detailed, transparent proposal for your review and approval before any work begins. There are no surprise bills.

What is a "Support & Optimization Credit" or an "Automation Component"?

Instead of selling hours, we deliver outcomes.

A Support & Optimization Credit is a lifeline for your existing systems. You can redeem one to fully resolve a failing automation, make a minor enhancement to a script, or have us tune a configuration for better performance.

An Automation Component is the engine of your progress. Each month on the Accelerator Plan, you get to build one new, pre-scoped automation, such as a script that generates a new daily report or one that automatically remediates a common alert.
